A car shop that prioritizes great customer service is difficult to come by. This place reminds me of my favorite tire shop, Discount Tire. Great employees who make sure they keep you informed and prioritize good customer service, honesty, and professionalism. I came in for a Groupon purchased tire alignment, which which happily accepted. Some places can scoff at a Groupon – but they happily accepted it, hassle free.
My vehicle (full size truck) was found to have a significant amount of rust on the suspension and alignment-related parts. They informed me of this and gave me an updated estimated time of work and let me know that there would be a potential extra charge. They were able to work around it, though, and were honest enough to tell me so without charging me extra. That speaks volumes of their customer service and honesty, as any business can easily make more money without being completely honest. The work was done quickly and accurately, providing me a receipt and printout of the alignment pre and post results.
Between the clean, organized sitting area with free soda/water, snacks, and magazines, to the employees, to even the prices, this place is a home run and a true example of what auto shops should aim to be. You pay them, they take care of you, and they show that they want you back for any car work you need, simple as that!
